I had my 36 week appointment this morning. 80% effaced and 2-3 cm dilated. (Had pre-labor contractions all night last night.) Says he'll be surprised if she makes 38 weeks. She's measuring around 6.25 lbs now and will 'prolly be around 7.5 lbs mark.
It has begun!
So much to do over the next couple of days.
